Position Summary
We’re seeking an experienced, strategic leader to serve as President of PrimeKey. In this role you’ll sit on the franchise network’s executive team, report directly to the COO and own financial and operational performance across our four-state footprint.

Key Responsibilities
• Define and execute growth strategies across IL, IN, OH & FL markets
• Lead local crew supervisors and regional operational staff (area managers, schedulers, AR/AP)
• Own P&L: budgeting, forecasting, revenue growth and cost controls
• Analyze KPI data and adjust tactics to achieve aggressive targets
• Recruit, mentor and develop a service-focused leadership bench
• Standardize best practices and foster cross-regional collaboration
• Report operational health and growth pipeline to COO and Network Leadership Team
• Represent PrimeKey at industry events and network meetings

• 5+ years in executive operations roles—preferably multi-site maintenance, facilities or construction management
• Proven P&L ownership with 20%+ year-over-year growth results
• Experience leading front-line supervisors and multi-functional teams
• Strong financial acumen and data-driven decision-making skills
• Excellent communicator, adept at C-suite and board presentations
• Entrepreneurial mindset and process-oriented discipline

Compensation & Benefits
• Base Salary: $55,000
• Performance Bonus: 3% of gross revenues (currently ≈ $36,000/yr)
• Travel: ~10% for site visits and meetings
• 401(k) Plan: Available (no company match)
• Ultra-flexible hybrid work model (60% remote / 40% office)
