🔹 What You’ll Own:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy
- Partner with the COO on payroll planning and growth
- Manage accounting systems across entities (QuickBooks, bill.com, Guesty, Rentvine)
- Coordinate with PMI corporate on royalty reporting and new franchise onboarding
- Oversee financial reporting across operational and maintenance departments
- 10+ years of experience in finance or accounting leadership

CPA or MBA preferred
- Proven success in multi-entity environments; real estate or services a plus
- Ready to act autonomously, make strategic decisions, and grow with the role
